Printers and Scanners

Hey all, We have a client who needs a new MFP. They don't want to go with a lease option, so we're forced to purchase one, their limit is $400 USD.
Important Requirements.
1. Fax
2. Scan to PC (That doesn't require 10 different steps.)
3. Scan to Email (Must be able to use SMTP authentication with a hosted POP3 provider)
4. Printing...About 6 different users will be printing to it.
5. Needs to be somewhat simple to use for my users, who I support remotely and who are not very computer literate.

Right now we have a Ricoh 104, which they were relatively happy with, but I'd like to upgrade them to a more durable device. I've looked at the Dell MF Laser Printer 1815n, but a lot of the reviews say the scan to PC steps require almost 10 button presses, which my users will complain about non-stop.

Thanks in advance!
