How do I setup a Cisco 1811 Dual Wan for PPPoE ADSL and Cable internet and then for failover?

Greetings.   I am purchasing a Cisco 1811 router for a client of mine.  They have an ADSL line and are getting a highspeed cable line for redundancy.  I want to use the cable line (50mbps down/10mbps up) for the primary connection and the ADSL (3mbs down/512kb up) for a secondary failover.   I need to know how to go about setting up the WAN interfaces (pppoe for the static adsl line) and the also the static ip cable line.  I then need to know how to go about configuring the fail-over to go over to the adsl line in case cable goes down and then back to cable once it comes back up.   I know this is asking alot and I have zero to no experience with cisco routers.    Thank you so much.
