Note i am using asp.net 3.5 and c#

I am trying to generate to an ASP table using the following set of controls(in the picture) where

1. The user enters the number of rows and presses update rows to generate a table with 4 columns.

Also i want it to add or remove rows when a user enters a new value to the existing table without regenerating the whole table (e.g there are 20 rows with data entered, the user enters 19, it only deletes row 20 and leave the other rows with their data input intact)

2. +1 and -1 buttons simply add or remove a row again without regenerating the whole table
