SQL Reporting Services and Sharepoint

I'm a bit confused about running sql server 2008 reporting services with sharepoint integration...

1. Initially reporting services was installed in native mode... what is the process to change to sharepoint integrated mode...  I know it requires a new report server database, but does this screw up anything on the current reports we are running on the current native database?

2. I know I need to install the sharepoint reporting services add-in somewhere, but where?  I've read that you have to install sharepoint on the actual sql server and you install it there?  I don't know...

thanks

Have a look at How to: Install or Uninstall the Reporting Services Add-in:

Thanks tedbilly, so you are advising me to leave sql reporting services in native mode, and not worry about the add-in?    what I'm actually trying to do is create some dashboards for our execs, pulling data from our sql server 2008 data warehouse...  is there a place on the net where I can see how you have done what you have done????

thanks
Our site is completely private so no I can't show you.  All I can say is the 'Page Viewer Web Part' does a great job of creating dashboards from other data sources.  We do it with charts in Excel, Access, Cognos, SSRS and even other web sites in our intranet.  The 'Page Viewer Web Part' is essentially an IFRAME with some optional settings.  When it's done right you can't tell it's not part of the page.
