Cannot connect to share on member server with domain admin credentials but can connect with local administrative credentials.

I have 2 virtual machines. 1-domain controller, 2 - member server
I try to connect from domain controller to member server share by entering \\192.168.1.104 or \\192.168.1.104\d$. I receive prompt to enter user name and password. If I enter local admin password - connection is successful. If I enter domain admin password it is not successful. I receive an error -logon unsuccessful. windows  is unable to log on-
Permissions of share is -grant full access- to everyone on both share and NTFS permissions.
Domain admin group is a member of local administrators group.

I spent not little amount of time truing to resolve and surfing the web but I have found nothing.

Help will be appreciated.

Also If I try to connect via mmc or regedit i receive -access denied- error.
Why not change the pemissions from everyone to authenticated user and test this. What I think you need is when you are logging in from the domain controller is to enter the ussername as part of the domain name
ie username: domain-admin@comico.com, pass:#####.
I just changed added to -authenticated users- full access on both NTFS and share permission of the volume. But it is the same

I tried contoso\domain_admin and I tried domain_admin@contoso.kiev.ua Still I have no access
But if I try server2\administrator I have access.

Also I can not connect via Remote desktop session. The error is
-Remote Desktop cannot connect to the remote computer because the authentication certificate received from the remote computer is expired or invalid. In some cases, this error might also be caused by a large time discrepancy between client and server computers-

Aha that's right. It's a pity that VirtualPC doesn't contain time synchronization with host OS. I seldom power off virtual machines. I always -save state- and the time becomes wrong.

But the link that you provided doesn't work. Can you check?
It works for me. You can also google nist internet time servers.
  Good luck
Thank you!
