Zoom effect in WPF solution

Can anyone provide me with tips or instructions on how to zoom into the content of a page/panel of a WPF solution?

I don't want the form or the content in the panel  to scale in "x" and give the illusion that  text field allows for 200 characters to be entered instead of it being a 4 character text field.

Instead of stretching the form I really need it to zoom  (i.e. fill the form by maintining the aspect ration fo the form) similar to how you can zoom into a document in word.

Where I think this will need to be addressed the zoom is  in the loading of the document (starting at 100% size) and then have a button that allows me to increase or decrease the size of the document in different increments. I know that WPF does not calcuate or render percentages in the panel styles so I was curious as to how to go about getting this effect to work.

Thank you in advance
