Hello shreedhar:
Exchange 2010 is running on a VM.
When we attempted to tackle this problem, we found Article ID: 925825 also.
We have already had tried: Method 1: Run Setup /PrepareAD = no effect
We had already examined Method 2: Add the Exchange Servers group to the "Manage auditing and security log" policy = item already present.
Interesting idea about the memory, though another article said that the wrong memory amount (memory boundary??) could have caused this, and the author suggested 4096 so we went from 8192 to 4096.
Regardless, the server is only using about 2.xGB so the amount of memory does not seem to be an issue.
Any new ideas?

I have a same problem and tried this resolution also. However, when I could not find anything in the container of CN=InformationStore.
CN=Public Folders Database,CN=Second Storage Group,CN=InforamtionStore
CN="Sever Name:,CN=Servers,CN=Exchan ge Administative Group,CN=Administrative Groups,CN=ORG Name,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Co nfiguratio n,DC=Domai n,DC=COM
So those in underlines are missing.
Any resolution to this?

Thank you.
Thank you.
Refer this:

Does the exchange is running on the physical hardware or it is a VM? If it is a VM then increanes the memroy.
I hope this helps,
