OWA - Outlook Web Access - How to logon as a different user
At the moment we have a few people who share a single PC on different shifts. We dont want to give them their own logins as there is a system installed on the PC which would have to be closed and reopened when logging out and back in again.
They each need seperate secure email access which I can happily provide via Outlook Web Access. The problem is that the page automatically opens with the currently logged in users credentials.
Is it possible to create a login page where they can use their domain username/password to get their own emails?

ASKER
Exchange Server 2003

Just change your IE security settings to prompt for a password, not auto-complete then.

hi:
use this:
http://<exchange server/exchange/<usermailb
This will prompt you for user name and password.
If it is logging in automatically, then the browser is accessing OWA using Integrated Authentication, which is very convenient for most users. You can either disable IA at the server end as previously suggested, or just go into the IE options on this PC, and disable Integrated Authentication for that single machine.
Why don't you create profiles for each user under control panel>Mail>Profiles. They will be prompt for they domain credentials and will have to choose their own profile when opening outlook but they will have their mail protected from other users on the same computer and windows profile.
revisit the page after logging out... dont save ur passwords.
at a second thought I agree with alanhardistyDate & LeeDerbyshire
Since you only need this one one station there is no need disable it on the server level better to fix it on the IE level of that PC

This is a great idea and I didnt even know you could do this. I didnt really want to have to disable IA on the server as it affects everyone.
Thanks!
