uncorrectable memory error in ILM-log

Last Modified: 2012-08-13
Hi experts I get the following log-entry in my ProLiant 350ML G6

critical - main memory - Uncorrectable Memory Error ((Processor 1, Memory Module 6))
critical - main memory - Uncorrectable Memory Error ((Processor 1, Memory Module 9))

the server is only 2 months old and it seems that two modules are affected which seems like a big coincidence.
the first entry was logged right after the server crashed because of an outdated ShadowProtect Backup (since I updated the software nothing happend yet).
After the crash I tried to reboot the server and I got the memory error and the server hung (right at the beginning). I had to reset the server manually to get it to boot again.

these are the only entries concerning memory errors and the server runs stable since I installed the shadowprotect update.

My questions is:
are there really two faulty memory-modules or could something different caused a "false-positive".
or should I worry about the mainboard?

What would you say?
