Cisco Unity VoiceMail and Echange 2007

I am nearing the end of installing a new Exchange 2007 server running on Server 2008, into our domain. It has been running for several days and today several voice mails started accumulating in the Unity mail repository folder and not being delivered.
I found this link to almost the same problem:
https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/25158465/Trouble-with-Cisco-Voice-Mail-and-Exchange-2007.html?sfQueryTermInfo=1+2007+cisco+exchang+mail+uniti+voic

The solution posed there deals with Cisco Unity 5.x and there was no further information. I am running Unity 4.1 and I see that I need to repartner the Exchange 2007 server to my Unity 4.1 server running on Server 2000.

Everywhere I turn, it asks me to use the Exchange System Manager. Do I need to install Exchange System Manager 2007 on my W2000 server with Unity?

Some help please.
Thanks,
Jim

I was afraid that may have been the case. I will pursue a Unity System upgrade and see what comes.
Thanks.
