QoS 802.1p on netgear switch and voip

I have a netgear switch with some 802.1p options.

The levels presented are 0 through 7. Current #5 is at "normal" (out of a choice of lowest, low, mediem, normal, high) I believe that #5 in the 0-7 options takes care of voip and video. Some users have heard issues on their voip phones on the other side of this switch.

I want voip traffic to have no delay. Can I change the #5 option to "High" or will that compete with network control traffic on this switch?
