Terminal Services more than 2 concurrent connections (sessions) for the same user account?

Hi,

I have a Windows 2003 Server with about 40 Terminal Services client licenses.  Some of my users would like to have more than 2 concurrent connections to the TS.  Currently, if I have 2 connected sessions with my user account and I try to go on with a third connection, it connects up to one of the existing connections.  Is there a way that I can have limited connections up to my license limit?  If so, how do I make this happen?  Thanks!
