I looked at both of these already, and neither one is what is going on. I can connect to exchange 2007 fine with Entourage, but it takes an extremely long time to sync.

Update the Exchange 2007 with the Service Pack 2. <br />
<br />
After that also apply the Rollup 2 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2<br />

I have two users that I have converted from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007, they connect via entourage 2008 version 12.x. Since I converted them their entourage seems to take forever to sync and take a very long time for new emails to come in. I have about 30 other entourage users that are NOT have this problem. I have tried adding the person account to my machine and the same this is occurring, slow sync. <br />

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.<br />
