Windows Server 2008 network share executable problems

Last Modified: 2012-05-09
I have recently changed my file server to a windows server 2008 R2 server.  All the files I used to be able to run off of network locations are now not running.  If I copy these files to a local machine, I can run them but I cannot run them on the network share, this includes Software Installation via GPO.  I even moved the msi installation files to \\{domain}\sysvol\{domain}\scripts\software to try to get them to install.  Again if I go to the network location and copy the files to the local machine they run without problem but they will not run or install from the network shares.  I have already given the Domain Computers account access to the installation folders.
