troubleshooting Question

CPU & System Fan Error - Cannot Access MEBx - Cannot Boot

This is a Sun Ultra 24 Workstation

The CPU and System fan spin at full speed all the time.

When the computer starts I get the following messages. (see attached)
In BIOS the following is displayed.(see attached)

I have updated the BIOS to version 1.5 but that didn’t fix the problem

I have tried accessing the MEBx (Management Engine BIOS Extension) but I don’t even get a prompt for pressing CTRL-P

I have run the diagnostics check from the 1.5 version DVD

I have turned off the computer, removed the BIOS battery for 10 minutes and replaced it.

Nothing works.

Any ideas?
