We have a Xenapp 5.0 with Feature Pack 2 server running on Windows 2003 Enterprise SP2 32 bit. Obviously, Xenapp requires SSL for external connections. We also have installed Manage Engine Service Desk Plus 7.6.0 build 7603 on the same server. We wish to use SSL with Service Desk as well as with Xenapp. We're running into problems because unlike IIS, which can run easily using two different IP addresses with SSL on the same server, we can't seem to run any other app in SSL when it is enabled for Service Desk. (It uses Apache Tomcat for its web services.) I have asked Manage Engine's support staff about this and they say it can't be done. Surely there is some way to modify Apache Tomcat to play nice with IIS's SSL sites if they are on two different virtual IP's, right? Has anyone experienced this, and if so, how did you correct the issue?
