LcsCmd.exe error when install OCS 2007 R2
After running Add Server to Pool i get a message that the setup has failed to complete. After viewing the logs I found this error message: "Failure [0xC3EC7A01] LcsCmd.exe must be run from a local drive to access this functionality." I tried searching google and microsoft's site but have not had any luck. The error shows under Activate Conferencing Attendant, Activate Conferencing Announcement Service, Activate Response Group Service, Activate Outside Voice Control.
I am running Two Windows Server 2008 x64, Not R2. One server has SQL 2008 x64 with SP1. Any ideas whey I getting this error?

I ran the LCSCMD command manually but I was thinking about copying the software to the server even though it install guide says you can run it from a CD or a network path. Thanks for you help!
