Server Freezing every 12 hours on the minute.
Strange server problem HP Proliant ML350 G4 running SBS 2003 R2:
Every day at 6:37am and 6:37pm the server locks up and freezes and you have to reboot two times for it to come back online. The first reboot puts you into applying computer settings.
Hardware diagnosis is clean, I have run full virus and spyware scans, have all unneeded services stopped and was on the server when it locked today but it just froze.
No AV scan, backup or house cleaning running at those times. Anyone seen this?

We stripped down the services running to only the essentials and this has solved it. Next weekend we'll allow ancillary services to run 1 by 1 until we find the problematic service.

Scheduled tasks?
Is this a DC? What kind of apps are running on it?
