Solaris 10, get message "mesg: cannot change mode" when su -
Hello,
I have about 20 Solaris 10 servers that are almost identical, however on about 5 of them when I try to su - user1, I get the message "mesg: cannot change mode". It still appears to work, but I always get the message. What am I missing?

check in the user1 .profile to see if mesg command is run and if there is something wrong in it

Don't see anything. I checked both .profile (listed below) and local.profile in the user's directory. Am I looking in the correct place?
