Best way to analyze IE logs / temp files to see user activities

Hi. I'm hoping someonme can help. We have a user on our network that we suspect spends portions of their day IM'ing, Facebooking and goofing off online. We have several IE temp files and are trying to sort through them to find what exactly they were typing. They say they have used FB for business, but our bosses want proof. Anyone know of a program to analyze files to find this type of info on our computers?

Thanks

From the files you have you can only see where he went. You cannot see what he typed. You would need to install a keylogger or other monitoring software to have a record of "what was typed".
So to keep this answer simple.... at this point, with the files you have, you cannot know what he typed.
