I want to find some Auto Stapler or Computer control the standard office stapler to speed up production ,as our daily estimate staple punch -- 50000 times .
We are only small business , the machine as attached picture is unaffordable , any good suggestion ?

Standard equipment in any printing/biding company.
Used, they'll go for $500-1,000 dollars. Depends on how good a condition and how many heads it has. Two heads will make your production a lot faster.
It's not ideal, as it will probably come with a saddle (since it's used for binding magazines). But, you can try to build a jig around it to make alignment easier.
