sbs2008 migration offline address book issue

This should be hopefully be easy to answer for someone with a bit more experience with sbs 2008 than me.

I am going through the migration from 2003 and so far so good, I've now got to the point where I need to remove exchange from the 2003 box but I just want to check something about the offline address book first as we had an issue with that although I think it's probably OK.

The instructions for migrating say to open the management console, select the OAB, click move and then browse to the destination folder and click move. When I go into the OAB tab the default OAB is already shown as being generated by the 2008 server even though I haven't moved it.

Also, if I go into properties / distribution the option to 'Enable Web-based distribution' is grayed out and the source server is not listed (so can't delete it as per MS instructions) so I also cannot do the next part which is to set the 2008 server as the OAB Virtual Directory.

Should I just delete the existing OAB and create a new one?
