Thank you for the link but actually mapping the drive is not an option in my case. I really just need to check and see a given network drive is a valid drive without having to play with the user permissions too much.<br />
Any advice?

I need to access a mapped drive via asp. When i try to do this using the FileSystemObject it does not recognize the mapped drive. I tried playing with the security and allowing IUSR account to the drive in question but to no avail. Is there another way of doing this?
