How to Stop Windows XP display resolution from changing when a new user logs on.

We have a projector attached to a Windows XP Pro SP3 laptop PC.  I set the display resolution to 1024 x 768 as admin and this should be the display setting for the laptop. When a new user logs on to it the resolution changes to 1280 x 800 then the projector quite often won't work, or the text is too small.

I want it to be 1024x768 for all users, and be locked down.  ....just with this PC - not all across our domain.
