hi all, the java script code below is being called from an internal ASP.NET application, it works fine in IE but not in Firefox, it crashes without a specific error. Any idea?
Private Sub LstTask_SelectedIndexChanged(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles LstTask.SelectedIndexChanged

            Dim script As String

            script = "<script language='javascript'>"
            script += Environment.NewLine
            script += "window.opener.document.forms[0]." + Request.QueryString("src").ToString() + ".value = '"
            script += LstTask.SelectedItem.Value.ToString.Replace(Chr(13), "' + String.fromCharCode(13) + '")
            script += "';"
            script += Environment.NewLine
            'We have to replace the chr(13) with a return code that javascript understands
            script += "window.opener.document.forms[0]." + Request.QueryString("srcID").ToString() + ".value = '"
            script += lstProjectSubId.Items(LstTask.SelectedIndex).Value.ToString
            script += "';"
            script += Environment.NewLine
            script += "self.close()"
            script += Environment.NewLine
            script += "</" + "script>"
            'RegisterClientScriptBlock("return_value", script)
            ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptBlock(script.GetType, "return_value", script)

        End Sub
