Can not see other computers from other Vlans within my Network places?

We moved our network from flat to VLans using Cisco 6509 and switches 3560 & 3750. Our AD is 2008....When my users expand My network places to view other computers they only see computers within their VLANS.

I just set-up WINS on DHCP scopes (all of them) to pull information from the WINS service, under scope options 044 and 046.

This is a Windows 2008 server(none DC): DHCP and WINS services are on the same server  X.X.X.12

DCHP users receive IP
X.X.60.X used on VLAN 60
X.X.61.X used on VLAN 61

Static User (myself include) use:

Within the WINS server, under Active Registrations, I can see everyone within DHCP .60.X and 61.x

Oddly, I do not see my PC (I did set-up my TCP/IP WINS setting)

how do I get everyone to come up on my network places, across all vlans?
