Adding X400 addresses to Exchange 2007 by default

Hi Guys,

We've got an Exchange server 2007 that we need to add the X400 address onto the email addresses of users. Is there a way to do this by default so we can create a new user and it picks up the email address policy along with the X400 address (but obviously not as the primary address) automatically.
