Shell Script to find the 5th occurance of a comma on each line in a csv file and replace with a dash

I have a csv file that I need a script to read thru each line and find the 5th occurance of a comma and replace with a dash (-).  There will be many other commas on each line.

I will be running this on an IBM AIX machine running AIX 5.3.
