Terminal Services - grace period ran out. help!

I have a 2k8 server and the grace period time limit just ran out, so now I can't use it. I just need the standard two sessions.
It gives the error: "The Local Session Manager service failed the logon"

The Terminal Services Configuration states there are no TS CALs available.

How can I configure it to allow the two sessions? When I log in the "Sessions" listed are "Services" which is disconnected, a "console" session which I'm using, and a "listener" in the "listen" state.

This is the only server I have, which is a DC.
