Just had to do it a few times and it finally worked.

I get this error message even though I changed the printer setup from Thermal Transfer to Direct Thermal.<br />

In the web management software I am given the option to change the Print Method but after I do and save the changes it gives me this message. &quot;Changes were successfully saved (temporarily). &quot;&nbsp; It then goes back to the Thermal Transfer even though when I manually adjust the settings inside the printer it says it is doing Direct Thermal.<br />

Anyone have any trouble shooting I can do?<br />
