When i go at Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Component Services -> and try to expand it
just hangs and doesn't show anything...

I tried these with no success:

1. http://forum.webzila.com/index.php?showtopic=962
2. Installing SP3 (internal error occured)

Hi

what recent softwares you have installed recently?

Revert this system to earlier time when its state was ok by using system restore start>accesroies>system-tools>system restore

Cheers

What's in your D drive?

Is it a second hard drive, or a CD drive?

You can also try running from a command prompt:

"sfc /scannow" (without quotes)

If the COM+ system has been corrupted, this will repair it.

I tried all options but nothing worked..even system restore..
There's nothing on D:\ drive, i think this is just a fake message.
I've already checked for viruses (NOD32,Spybot,Antimalware) and there are no viruses.
Can i copy some files from another machine with identical windows from c:\windows\system32?
try this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319624

its for windows 2000 but symptoms on yours pc looks same to this link
