I am sorry I just started to work with exchange whats a roll up?

Something is super wrong with my webmail our outlook is working fine but out webmail is not I have rebooted the server and I can login to the default and the SharePoint site. when I click Check Email I can login to it but when click on email nothing works and I just see scare where little icon should be. I took a screenshoot<br />
