"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you recently install any Roll up's on the Exchange Server? if yes, then remove all the old Roll up's and then install the latest Service pack (Service Pack 2 for Exchange 2007) and also install the Roll up 2 for SP2 and then give it a try.

I am sorry I just started to work with exchange whats a roll up?
Roll up is like a small patch which released by Microsoft on time to time basis to fix issues/bugs raised by a Service Pack or the Original Software.

On the Exchange Server, open the Control Panel -> Program & Features -> On the top left corner, choose view installed updates.

Ensure under Exchange 2007, you have Service Pack 2 listed and under that you have Roll up 2 for Service Pack 2 listed. In case not, then install the Service pack and Roll up from the below link,

Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2

Update Rollup 2 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2 (KB972076)

PS: The reason I am asking you to install the latest Service pack and Roll up is because looking at the screen shot you sent earlier, looks like there are images missing on the Exchange Server.
