Centralized Remote PC Health Monitoring Software

Does anyone know of a program for Windows that will allow me to monitor the health of remote computers? I am looking for something with a management console that will give me an overview of all of the different computer being monitored - or something that will give an email alert when there is a problem.

I like groundworks and zenoss.  Both have free options and zenoss incorporates google maps to give you a visual map of your network that indicates problems, groundworks also supports maps but only on the enterprise level.

as far as I know spiceworks has always been free.  We evaluated this some time ago and found it has a large amount of network overhead so not a good idea if you have any more than around 100 computers.  Other than that it is a nice system.
