Use SCOM 2007 to Report on account login activity

Hello,

We have a requirement for the following Active Diectory account information:
o      How many log ins per day/per user?
o      Last log in per user? Highlight if user has never logged in.
o      Peak times for log ins
o      Total number of log ins per day (total for user community)

We have System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) installed with most of the available Management packs including the Active Directory Management pack.

Does or is it possible to create a rule or monitor to report the information we require above. There does not seem to be a default tool or package to gain the information we require.

We also need to have this information being provided on a scheduled basis. ( daily, weekly, monthly)

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
