RDP - client initiated MS-RDP protocol support connection program?
I am wondering is there somewhere a support client application that can make use of MS/Citrix excellent RDP protocol?
For support I am currently using uVNC, SIngleClick, but while that works, it is a bit sluggish.
What I would like is an application that can be used to initiate RDP serving in the same manner that is done with Crossloop, uVNC, TeamViewer, etc.
Any help appreciated!

Yes, I know. - But how easy it is for use?
I've looked into some guides, and it is not clear to me could I simply put a link on a website and tell a client ot execute it and click a button.
Example with uVNC:
1. I tell a user (most of them already know that) to download a program from our website
2. They execute the program
3. Then click connect
4. I am there.
The server-client app connects to my dynamic hostname hosted by DynDNS like computer.company.tdl
Can this be done with Remote Support? - I know some IT companies that are MS gold cert partners, and they don't use Remote Support.

From what I remember if you follow the steps on the Remote Assistance wizard it creates and sends an email to the person that will control you remotely. Simple indeed.

You create an invitation, than you send it by email, than a user receives it, than it runs it, than it gives me the password, and than I work. This method would take me at least 20 minutes, and has a lot requirements. Count that with each minute I loose, I am not only loosing profits, but also spending money on telephone communication.
Compare that with: small download (180 Kib), run, connect.
Plus, there are many PCs in companies that don't have email (in service depts., etc.).

In that case I see you are making money right? If that is the case why not use a commercial solution like LogMeIn Rescue?

Performance is VERY acceptable and works on any sort of PC (Win/Mac).
