Can anybody help on these logs ...

Looks like a fauled drive to me, insert a new one, and it should automatically be configured.

You need to replace the indicated disk drive.  Typically controllers are smart enough to figure out if a drive dies and you put a replacement in that same slot (that is >= capacity of the one that failed) then it will automatically use that for a rebuild.

The "Status is now interim recovery" could mean you already had a hot spare and it is rebuilding ... I dont know. But no matter what, you have a drive in bay #2 that needs to be  replaced.
