Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) Fresh Profile Remove Startup Questions

Hello All,

We are finally in the process of going from IE6 to IE8. I've got an install created, and the correct Group Policies in place. However, I have a problem with the first couple of questions IE asks when it starts up on on a new profile.

They are:
1) You first get the Welcome screen and are asked to click next or Ask me later.

2) Next, it want's to know if the user would like to turn on suggested sites

3.) And finally, it wants you to choose your settings (Express or Custom).

This is a pain. I will have endless phone calls because of this. Is there a way I can automate this process?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This questions probably get answered on registry records, I supose that you could investigate what records are and with a simple regedit script alter it in your users computers.

Sadly I have no idea of what records could contain the info about startup answers.

Ya, I agree, just don't know what I need to write the hack for so I can turn this nuisance off.
How to Disable Internet Explorer 8 Welcome Screen (Tour and RunOnce) for All Users

I have used similar keys in a default profile for IE7, but this should work as a post install routine, or either a login script method....
