Can't get to work

I've got several ESXi servers connected to VC. When I run the script I get an error "The --vihost option must be specified when connecting to Virtual Center". OK so I put that in and it doesn't recognize the command. My ESXi server is and my VC server is
Here are the two I've tried with no avail. –server -s "C:\backup"
and –server -s "C:\backup" -vihost

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Yes can ping
I'm also new to this script, but try this:
" –-server -s C:\backup\backup.bak"
or " –-server -s --vihost C:\backup\backup.bak"
Notice the double - before server, removed the quotes around the folder name and added an actual file name.

It should ask you for your username and password.  Make sure the one you enter has permissions to Host > configuration > firmware and Host  profile > view.  (root will have these permissions)

Also, you need to make sure you have the CLI installed.

Hope that helps.
