Simple Windows 7 unattend.xml file needed for just 2 functions using ghost 11.x

I want to use Symantec ghost 11.x for fast replication of images on new HP hardware running
WIn 7 pro.   This is on x 86 architecture, 32 bit.

I have the images ready (not sysprepped) and Ghost is preferable due to speed and simplicity.

The only two things I need a sysprep file to do
1)  to preserve all the drivers on board, using the PersistAllDeviceInstalls setting, as images will all be used on one hardware platform
2) copy the admin profile to the default user profile as we have some important customizations.

Basic premise for sysprep would be similar to this one below , which is obviously not working

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
