HTML Preview configuration required - Crystal Reports

I have a user that is suddenly having a problem running a report that previously worked for her and it still works for me. When she tries to refresh the data, she gets an error message that says  HTML Preview configuration required and it does not bring up the parameter entry screen. This report is not being published to the web or anything unusual. Do you know what the problem might be?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

How are you running the report?

She just has a copy of the Crystal report and she opens it and uses refresh to bring in new data. Crystal XI.

Can she browse the web?  Is IE installed?

Crystal uses IE or at least used to in some way.

I found out that she was clicking HTML Preview when data had been saved with the report. When she clicked refresh it is working correctly. Thanks for your help.
