Autofill based on selection in a drop down box and a "popup" form

I have an InfoPath form with the main view and I've created a second view that only has two fields.  One is a drop down and points to a SharePoint list for it's data source.  I pull two columns, the location and a person's name.  When they select the location, the text field to autofill with the person's name associated with that location.

Or actually, I should have the text field on the main form, do the autofill, that's where I really want it. Right?
Anyway, I think I'm missing something, I can't get the text field to autofill with the correct name.

You need to use a filter.

Setup the second field to default to the employee name from the SP list. When selecting the field there will be a filter button in the lower left.

Add a filter where location field in the SPlist = the field the dropdown control is bound to.
The dropdown should be bound to a field in your main data source and then use the SP list location field as its external source for selections.

Thanks, I knew it had to be that simple.  I wasn't filtering right.
