I've had this with several customers, even had license keys not work all together.<br />

Also make sure that your license matches the number of CPUs in the system

I had it installed just fine with the exact same key earlier last week and then I devided to reinstall it because I wanted to reconfigure the RAID arrays on the server and am now getting this, any idea why?<br />

I am trying to reinstall ESX on my server and am getting a "No matching licenses for serial number" message for some reason when I enter my ESX activation serial key.
