Can't transfer calls on a shared line on a phone, but works fine on the other phones.

On a Cisco CallManager system, I have a share line that cannot transfer a call on a certain shared line. I just get a fast busy. But, calls transfer just fine on the same line, just on different phones. I have check my configs. I have reset the phone. What is the problem?

Check the Calling search space and Partitions for the phone that works and the phone that does not.  You may not have allowed the phone that does not work to transfer to the particular destination.
