Disable SSL1, SSL2, and export ciphers in IIS6?

We are being asked to disable SS2, SSL1, and export ciphers on a particular installation of IIS6. We have an SSL certificate applied to a web site on the server, but we are being asked to only allow SSL3+ connections from the server-side.

Can this be done on IIS6, and if so, how?

Note: Suggestions on changing IE or web browser settings are not relevant to this question.
