Outlook whitelist

Gang, I have a particular domain who’s email passes through my SMTP gateway (white-listed), then exchange 2003,   but when its delivered to the users outlook it goes straight to the junk folder. I can’t rely on users to add this email domain to their white-list. Im looking to configure a solution that will either place the domain in ever users outlook white-list or ?

Any thoughts?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Good article but only applies to outlook 2007. I have a mixed outlook environment.

You'll have to set it up separately for different versions of Office, but it's still done with GPO's.  The Office 2003 resource kit contains all the admin templates to do it.

The only other way is to set one client up manually, export the whitelist file and import it to the other clients, or email the list it to every user with instructions on how import it.
