Rename Exchange user account in Windows 2003 SBS and Exchange 2003
I have renamed a user in Windows 2003 SBS. However the old email name still shows up when I go to Exchange Manager and look at the mailbox. How do I change the email account name?

Oh, but if we could take one step back. SBS makes setup easy for a new user by using the wizard to add based an a template. They get all the username/password settings and all the exchange settings.
However, if this is not correct for your situation, open Server Management, click on Users in the left pane and use the Change User Permissions wizard.
