Oh, but if we could take one step back. &nbsp;SBS makes setup easy for a new user by using the wizard to add based an a template. &nbsp;They get all the username/password settings and all the exchange settings.<br />
However, if this is not correct for your situation, open Server Management, click on Users in the left pane and use the Change User Permissions wizard.
