USB to DB25 Serial vs USB to DB25 Parallel

Would either of these adapters work for connecting to a DB25 M serial connection diagnostics port?

Hi

No .. they have different pinout definitions.  Lookup the pinout definitions for 25-pin serial and 25-pin parallel connections.  When you do a search you'll get many hits and will be able to see the difference immediately.  Also, the 9-pin serial has a different pin numbering definition.
