I encounter a error when i run my program half way

hi,

  i encounter a error 'Exception Code=80000004' when i key in the data half way in my application, do any of u see this error before ? pls advise.

This can be from my experience from two things.

Bad Foxuser.dbf files. You can safely delete all foxuser.dbf and foxuser.fpt files from your computer. If it makes you feel better, you can back them up and then try the application.

Also make sure you have the latest Service Pack installed for your FoxPro.

Also make sure all your indexes or not corrupt. Reindex all the files from scratch.

USE table EXCLUSIVE
DELETE TAG ALL
INDEX ON field1 TAG field1
INDEX ON field2 TAG field2
USE

It could also be from using another language in the operating system. That has to be tested and checked also. Change to English (US) and see if you still have the error.

Hope you mean C0000005 or C0000094 error.

Do you know exact instruction which causes this problem. If not never mind because the exception source is somewhere else obviously...
