Hi, we backup using a QNAP and remote replication over the internet. We get a lot of problems with email alerts stating "Remote backup schedule Data fail. (Other error with error code 30)". and the job stops copying. To start it off again we have to go into the QNAP and press "Replicate Now". Then when it has finished but the schedule back. Is there any way to improve this? Once the QNAP fails to contact the QNAP at the other end it emails and won't try to connect again. Is there some way of getting to keep trying to connect? It seems to happen more at offices that have poor broadband.
