I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The error is saying that the reverse DNS lookup for your mailserver failed. This is a lookup the recipient's server does to be sure the name & IP of the sending server is "legitimate" by seeing if it matches what is in DNS. Be sure the server sending your messages has an MX record that matches the name/IP from which it is sending. If this MX was recently added, it can sometimes take a day or two for it to replicate out into the public.

Your answer is fantastic. can you show me how can i see MX record (Step by step)
Go to and do an mxlookup.  You do this by entering your domain name, less the www. in  the dialog box and selecting lookup.  When your result comes back click the option for an smtp test.  The results will tell you if your reverse DNS is set up properly.

go badck to the same screen and choose check blacklist.  See if you are on amy blacklists.  Also copy and paste the results of the first test here.  Are you getting any non-delivery receipts when you send the mail?
